A real person from the 26Ritual team on WhatsApp, available to approved creators inside the app. Open the app and tap Support to start a conversation. We reply during Indian business hours, usually within a few hours.
For brand enquiries, press and anything else, write to hello@26ritual.com. We reply within two working days. Creator applications go through the application form and are answered within five working days.
Follow @26ritual for creator news, campaign announcements and product drops. We do not handle support in Instagram DMs; use WhatsApp or email so your question reaches the right person.

If you represent a brand or a store and want to run campaigns with 26Ritual creators, the brand waitlist is the fastest route. We reply within two working days.
